Afrika is dedicated to helping clients feel informed, confident, and empowered as they navigate complex legal matters—whether they are planning for their family’s future or safeguarding their intellectual property. She is also a duly commissioned Notary Public for the State of Alabama at Large.
Before joining Nika Gholston Law, Afrika served as an Underwriting Supervisor at a privately held insurance company in Houston, Texas, where she specialized in Medicare Supplement coverage.
She holds a Master of Science degree from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Howard University, where she was inducted into the Beta Kappa Chi Scientific Honor Society.
